I'm excited to give you a more detailed look at the short films. Each of these projects has been a unique journey, filled with creative challenges and rewarding experiences. Let's explore the stories behind the camera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Reminder:<\/strong> This film is the result of my master's thesis, a deeply personal exploration of a man's struggle with depression. Bringing this story to life was a challenging yet cathartic process. For me, it's the most personal short film I've ever had the pleasure of making\u2014featuring an outstanding lead actor, Benjamin Vanyek. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/1G5lo_NiZPw?si=1_0ekGV3dyQo9nOl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The Call:<\/strong> Created in just 48 hours for an online competition during the COVID lockdowns, this film is a testament to the power of simple ideas. Working with my wife under such a tight schedule was intense but incredibly rewarding. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/_arETEWvMHk?si=W_pvrqNII1EWgOEY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Blue Light:<\/strong> Inspired by the eerie work of David F. Sandberg, this short horror film uses the everyday blue light of a phone screen to reveal hidden monsters. It was an entertaining challenge to create tension with such an ordinary element. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Dh76mtSIMN0?si=UmjyQYYCAmzxyZ18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>It's Already Inside:<\/strong> Filming in Wisconsin during a snowstorm gave this home-invasion thriller, influenced by \u201cThe Strangers,\u201d a whole new level of intensity. My mother-in-law was in front of the camera for the first time, and my wife had several scenes in the icy night. A fun project. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Wx9LVMLowDA?si=HgNB1Hjuuxx7ZDju\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Unseen Nightmares:<\/strong> This short film was inspired by a creepy Reddit post, a testament to the power of online storytelling. Filming it just before the birth of my daughter added a surreal layer to the experience and has become a wonderful memory. I\u2019m personally very proud of this film. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/2Nn5j3sOCF4?si=irwaToD2-EUk5LGc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Behind the Trees:<\/strong> My latest short film started as a project with my wife and evolved into a more elaborate production with actors and a small crew. It blends drama with a twist and is set in a dense forest where a young woman has gotten lost. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/IYyHhAgxkak?si=BnxHmnGRL-7vyEq2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Watch here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope this gives you a better understanding of the creative process behind these films.
