Hey podcast enthusiasts! Today, we're taking a little break from our usual format to talk about... ourselves! Buckle up, because we're diving into the exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) world of podcast evolution.
It all started with "Translating Love." We poured our hearts and souls into that podcast, creating over 180 episodes exploring the complexities of love and relationships. It was a fantastic journey, but after a while, a familiar feeling started tugging at us – the itch for something new.
As you may know, that itch eventually blossomed into "Hello I'm Listening." This podcast took us down a different path, focusing on a wider range of personal stories and experiences. While "Hello I'm Listening" allowed us to explore new territory, it also brought its own set of challenges.
In the last episode of "Hello I'm Listening" , we talked openly about reaching a turning point. We realized while we loved connecting with our listeners, the format wasn't quite the perfect fit for the stories we wanted to tell anymore.
Sometimes, the best way to honor a journey is to acknowledge its ending and embrace a new beginning. That's why we made the difficult, but ultimately exciting, decision to say goodbye to "Hello I'm Listening" and start fresh with a brand new podcast: Collections of Cinema!
We've always been passionate about movies. They offer a unique window into different cultures, perspectives, and emotions. With "Collections of Cinema," we're excited to delve into the world of film— dissecting classic and contemporary movies, discussing our favorite directors, and exploring the hidden gems that deserve more recognition.
While "Collections of Cinema" marks a new chapter, some things won't change. We'll still bring you the same level of enthusiasm, insightful discussions, and hopefully, a few laughs along the way. We're also planning on incorporating interactive elements, so you can join the conversation and share your own cinematic favorites.
Starting over might seem daunting, but we see it as an opportunity for growth. Every project is a learning experience, and the lessons learned from both "Translating Love" and "Hello I'm Listening" will shape the future of "Collections of Cinema." We're incredibly excited about this new venture and can't wait to share our love of movies with you.
Stay tuned for the official launch of "Collections of Cinema!" We'll be sure to keep you updated on launch dates, episode formats, and exciting announcements.
In the meantime, feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions in the comments on Youtube! What kind of movie discussions are you interested in? What hidden gems have you discovered recently? We'd love to hear from you.
