Recruiting Design Relaunch

For ITPRO, I came up with a new design for recruiting which is permeated by new flyers, roll-ups, web design and info cards. We came up with the dog and tried to give the classic flyer a little more character.

The task was to develop a new, appealing and funny design that mainly attracts technical staff / programmers. At first we tried a lot of variations, but ended up with the dogs. The design is now fully functional and can be found on the website, on social media channels and on print articles. Since the conversion, the application rate has improved significantly and at trade fairs and promotions ITPRO is clearly visible and stands out.
