We all know the drill: A new year begins and we resolve to do everything differently. We want to lose weight, exercise more, eat healthier, finally write that book we've been wanting to write for so long... The list is endless. But how often do we actually keep our good intentions?
I have to admit that I have often failed in the past. I took on too much and was quickly discouraged when I didn't achieve my goals. But this year I want to do it differently. I've decided to break my resolutions down into small, achievable steps and not put myself under pressure.
